Index & is has been displayed in the Website for ready reference.
- At the end of every trip, fare is displayed on CelCabs
Communication & Billing System placed inside the taxi & Guest should pay as
per the displayed amount & should demand for a receipt for the amount paid.
- To ensure transparency in billing, a laminated Tariff Schedule is
displayed within every Taxi.
- Communication & Billing System with Printed bills, ensures that
there is no overcharge/pilferage.
- Driver & Passengers sitting in the front seat should compulsorily wear
SEAT BELTS FOR SAFETY.
- FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN PLEASE MAKE THEM TO SIT IN THE BACK SEAT ONLY.
- GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO BOOK THE TAXI THROUGH OUR CALL CENTER FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY; CELCABS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A FLAG- DOWN TAXI IRREGULARITIES.

- Exceeding city limit drop or pickup, shall be billed as per the
local prevailing market practices, but in any case the same will be
realistic & authentic.

- Every Cab displays the Vehicle Information Card, which mentions the details of the driver driving the vehicle & the Driver Registration Card is displayed by every driver on duty, for customer information.
