• An "UNIQUE Customer ID (CID)" will be generated by our software during the 1st booking, this will ease the future bookings.
• The 1st time customer may have to bear with our Call booking executives while booking the taxi which may take 2 to 3 minutes, but the 2nd time onwards, if the customer is calling from earlier contact no, the call booking shall be less than a minute.
• Every Guest/Customer is requested to DEMAND for the UNIQUE CID from our Call Centre at the time of booking the Taxi for 1st time Registration.
• Subsequent bookings, the Guest can call & inform CID Number & the Taxi will be booked in less than a minute.
